Updated description of 熱中症予防情報サイト暑さ指数(WBGT) API from
環境省では、熱中症などに対する注意を促すことを目的に、暑さ指数（WBGT:湿球黒球温度）の予測値や実況値、暑さ指数と熱中症患者数との関連性、熱中症の予防・対処方法に関する知見など、熱中症関連情報を提供しています。本APIでは、熱中症予防情報サイト( https://www.wbgt.env.go.jp/ )にてCSVで提供されているデータをAPIとして利用いただけるよう整備したものです。APIの利用にあたっては、利用規約への同意、ならびにAPIキーの事前取得が必要です。詳しくはオープンデータAPIページ（https://showcase.env.go.jp/opendata-api/）をご参照ください。 APIの仕様についてはAPIドキュメントページ（https://showcase.env.go.jp/oas/）を参照ください。
